Support the construction project from engineering survey through to commissioning in order to complete project within planned parameters – as a minimum, and at reduced costs and duration – as a maximum.

  • Identification and management of default risks during the project lifetime;
  • Monitoring of contractors’ progress including execution of overall quantities of works and available resources;
  • Development of reporting system binding for contractors to be included into the contract.
